  • Why did I receive a welcome email for this site if I never signed up?

    If you received a welcome email, it's because you previously created an account on the Delaware Learning Center to access Child Protection Accountability Commission training. We've now transitioned from that platform, and your account has been migrated so you can continue accessing trainings here.

  • Will I need to re-take the training I've already completed now that it's on this platform?

    No. Training records from 2024 onward are being transferred to the new platform. If you need documentation for any training completed before 2024, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

  • Why have the titles of some of the trainings changed?

    We've updated certain training titles to make them more streamlined and user-friendly. These changes are purely cosmetic. Only the titles have been revised, while the training content remains exactly the same.

  • Why the distinction between physicians and psychiatrists?

    We provide training programs tailored to a wide range of professional groups. By specifying psychiatrists with physicians and separately from mental health professionals, we help clarify which trainings are most relevant to each group and reduce confusion about course selection.

  • I'm a State of Delaware employee? Do I need to use this platform?

    No, all State of Delaware employees should continue to utilize the Delaware Learning Center for training. If you are a State of Delaware contractor, please consult your agency for access to the Delaware Learning Center.
